Training Cloud

Indoor training activities are often used by those with limited training time available, so to maximise the effectiveness of your indoor workout, add the Box Altitude Training Cloud system to you indoor training setup. The Training Cloud system to enhance your sea level workouts, whether on a treadmill, Erg, or a Zwift /Wahoo type cycling platform, and allows the athlete to work out in a simulated high altitude environment. Training routine at altitude, will increase your ability to absorb oxygen at sea level as well as burn more calories while training in the environment.

Altitude training allows you to burn up to 20%more calories than training at Sea Level, so effectively enhancing any weight loss fitness based program.

Simply dial in the required altitude set point on the App based controller, and train to be faster. The Training Cloud system comes in two options, using the F 10 Hypoxic generator or the more powerful F 20 Altitude generator which simply allows the system to reach the altitude set point faster

Sleep Cloud

Sleeping at altitude allows the body to produce a higher red blood cell count, thus boosting oxygen enriched blood, which leads to increased physical performance.

Evidence suggests that the Live High/Train Low method can enhance the performance of an athlete to a greater extent than training methods using the Live High/Train High method. Generally, training at altitude does not allow the athlete to train at intensity, so an athletes workout can be compromised due to the lower levels of oxygen found when training at altitude. The most effective solution is therefore to sleep at altitude, and then train at sea level.

BIOSEN

Glucose and Lactate analyzers for athletes
Biosen analyzers can be manufactured as single channel lactate systems or as dual channel systems that can measure glucose at the same time. Biosen uses a special chip sensor technology to deliver fast measurements with a high degree of accuracy at a low cost per test. Due to the long life of the sensor chip the system requires little maintenance, features such as the touch screen and large memory only add to the Biosen analyzer’s user-friendliness.
