Filip brings an impressive wealth of experience, coupled with a proven track record in leadership, strategy, and operational excellence. His extensive background, as well as his senior roles across multiple industries, make him uniquely qualified to lead our organization into the future.
Filip comes to us from Storz Medical, a renowned Swiss-based manufacturer of innovative shock wave devices. During his tenure as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Storz Medical, Filip demonstrated remarkable strategic planning and execution skills, playing an instrumental role in the company’s growth and market leadership.
Prior to his successful career at Storz Medical, Filip served as the Managing Director of Medema in Sweden. In this role, he not only led the company to new heights but also contributed significantly to the parent company Lojer’s leadership team for over a decade. His contributions were critical in steering both Medema and Lojer towards significant achievements and market expansions.
Earlier in his career, Filip held various influential Nordic and regional roles at globally recognized corporations, including Pharmacia/Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Bausch & Lomb. These positions allowed him to hone his skills in driving operational efficiency, strategic growth, and market development across diverse business environments.
