The HUR devices and solutions are designed to use strength training as a therapeutic modality in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of several health concerns and diseases by using the HUR’s Natural Transmission method. It is based on pneumatic technology, where resistance is adapted in accordance with the production of force, regardless of the speed of the movement. Intelligent technology system for automated reporting, zero starting load and 100g/1kg increments in resistance, range limiters and additional support with connected outcome measures to document the effectiveness, enables to start strength training safely when considering the individual treatment prescriptions e.g. appropriate medication.
In an inclusive wellness facility, it is easy to get on and off machines. The machines can be used safely and independently by as many different users as possible, regardless of ability, while in between machines there is ample room to manoeuvre with various mobility aids.

Effective Gait Training
Highly intensive physiological gait rehabilitation for severely impaired neurological patients using individually adjustable exoskeleton combined with patented dynamic body weight support system. Robot-assisted therapy enables effective and intensive training and ensures the optimal exploitation of neuroplasticity and recovery potential.
According to Mehrholz et al. 2017*, every seventh dependency in walking could be avoidable if robot-assisted devices were used. With the Lokomat, you can also train patients with severe disabilities, who have been shown to benefit the most from Lokomat training.

BIOSEN
Glucose and Lactate analyzers for athletes
Biosen analyzers can be manufactured as single channel lactate systems or as dual channel systems that can measure glucose at the same time. Biosen uses a special chip sensor technology to deliver fast measurements with a high degree of accuracy at a low cost per test. Due to the long life of the sensor chip the system requires little maintenance, features such as the touch screen and large memory only add to the Biosen analyzer’s user-friendliness.
An integrated barcode reader and printer are also available with most configurations, allowing entire teams of athletes to have multiple step-tests during training.
Biosen can test blood, plasma or serum to provide lactate and glucose values with excellent precision (less than 2% CV) over a wide measurement range.
Lactate Scout 4
Accurate lactate measurement to drive performance improvement
The Lactate Scout 4 is a simple and reliable lactate meter perfect for training outdoors, in the gym or for analysing performance in a laboratory. The Lactate Scout 4 makes is easy to handle and allows for rapid assessment of lactate levels.
The Lactate Scout 4 is ideal for both coaches and athletes to assess endurance, devise optimum training programmes, avoid overtraining and use metabolic information to help set target heart rate zones.
The handheld Lactate Scout 4 requires only 0.2 µl of capillary blood, provides results in 10 seconds and can store up to 500 results. Lactate Scout 4 connects with Bluetooth® enabled heart rate monitors and features a stopwatch function to help analyse performance. BiliSwaddler
BiliSwaddler®, phototherapy with fiberoptic lightpads
BiliSwaddler alows you to practise development-promoting care practically anywhere, whenever it is in the newborn intensive care unit, nursery or at home. During the therapy session, the baby can be breast fed or held without it impairing on the bonding between the infant and parents. One Swaddler size for all commonly used phototherapy fiber optic pads such as GE Healthcare, Natus Medical, Atom Medical etc.
Soft cushioning (3D knit fabric) for pressure relief and support of moisture management for optimum climatic control. BiliSwaddler can be used in a baby bed or in the arms of a caregiver (kangaroo care). Innovative Interlock-fabric (80% CO, 20% PES Trevira bioactive®) with a permananet antimicrobial effect is gentle and prevents skin irritation. BiliTex
Phototherapy positioning aid
Effectiveness – combined with security and stability with our Bilitex positioning aid specifically developed for phototherapy. The little patients are prone to stretch patterns and nervous movements, particularly during therapeutic phases. This is due to lack of muscle tone and the unbounded surroundings, which cost a lot of energy. With the Bilitex positioning aid, the preemie experiences a secure and flexible environment during therapy, which allows the infant to adopt a relaxing position.
The innovative textile material features a special mesh structure with 85% permeability to the high-intensity radiation spectrum. In addition, the knit fabric is very soft and breathable – the desired size can be individually adjusted using a flexible closure (Velcro®). The product is developed in cooperation with the University Hospital in Tubingen. It is tested and certified according to Oeko-Tex®Standard 100.

Qualisys 5+, 6+ and 7+ series
Motion capture camera system
The main feature of Qualisys’ motion capture cameras is the ability to calculate marker positions with impressive accuracy and speed. Hundreds of markers can be measured at thousands of frames per second with ten, fifty or even more cameras – and it can be run off an ordinary laptop. No workstation or switch is needed which makes the system easy to move out in the field.
The Qualisys 5+, 6+ and 7+ motion capture cameras are suitable for all possible applications, both indoor and outdoor. The cameras are designed to capture accurate mocap data with very low latency and works with both passive and active markers.

The Arqus is available in four different models: A5, A9, A12, and A26.
Body Weight Support System (BWSS)
Reliable support system for rehabilitation
The Lode Body Weight Support System (BWSS) is especially developed to support patients that are not able to walk independently. They need support in order to be able to learn how to walk again. The Lode BWSS is the perfect product to enable this. During the training session, the patient weight can be supported accurately up to 80 kg, allowing a broad range of patients to use the system. The compensation weight can easily be adjusted with a remote control. The weight is compensated through a Unique use of spring combinations, which is a breakthrough and provides the most stable compensation system. This system is suitable for treadmills with a maximum walking surface width of 60 cm. It is standard supplied with a harness size M.
The height of the product is suitable for normal rooms (from 2,5 meters). For higher rooms you may consider to order height adjustment parts to enable use by taller patients. This will increase the height with 18 cm.
Brachumera Sport
The worlds highest load accurate arm ergometer
The Brachumera sport is a modern and reliable arm ergometer that can be controlled both manually and by external equipment. Brachumera sport is currently used in Olympic and professional sports where the muscles in the arms and shoulders play a mayor role, e.g. kayaking and swimming.
Pedal Force Measurement allows for analysis of force balance and stroke efficiency. The arm ergometer for sports can deliver a load up till 2500 Watt. It can be connected to Lode Ergometry Software for data management, protocol creation and execution.
